Being smart at cheating does not mean you are smart outside of it. When I was in school most of my classmates where cheating and they were good at cheating. As a result they had good/high grades while I had more middle grades. Nowdays I speak two foreign languages, have finished my master classes, I work for a small but somewhat well known IT company, also I have many practical skills beside my professional ones while NONE of my old classmates can do what I do =) Who is smarter?
Both, because it take some actual smarts to cheat well (i.e. not getting caught)
