it's a joke about the fireman's carry which is both a carry used by rescue workers and wrestlers :P

Find unconscious man near a burning door way, crotch down and lift him up, then slide him behind your head and on your back then, shift him so you are carrying him on you shoulders, carry him to the nearest wrestling square, stumble over the "fence", land on top of him, stand and celebrate your victory.
