Nope. Sex is determined by DNA, and our DNA remains unchanged since conception. The famous XY and XX chromosomes make us male or female since we're merely a zygote.
An early human fetus and early shark or pig fetuses are physically identical, but that doesn't make us sharks or pigs for a short period of our life.
Wasn't SURE, so I asked a relative I know IRL, who's an actual surgeon and a nerd for biology. Directly from my chatlog with him:
"En el momento en que se unen las dos gametas (ovulo y espermatozoide) cada uno aporta la mitad del material genético, para formar un ser diferente. De allí en más, cada célula que se divide lleva el mismo genoma"
Or in English:
The moment the two gametes (ovum and sperm) join, each provides half the genetic material, to form a different being. From that point onward, each new cell carries the new genome.
Which tells me that tumblr post is a load of bull coming from a overly sexualized community. Which is redundant, yes. But still worth reminding.
There is also some rare cases where the patient is basically immune to testosterone, so while they are genetically male, they develop a purely female phenotype. Learned this from House, but it's a real thing.
Interesting, so we all are transgenic (for a [short] period of our life)

Except when there are triple sex chromosomes. Then things can get a bit confusing.
There are exceptions to every rule, but still, exceptions don't make the norm.

AAAAAAND got ninja'd by Mengu.
I took it more as we already have an assigned sex but still go through the same phases until we don't.
Not that I already knew this.
Well ****, this means i sucked a few penises in my life without even knowing :(
