I'M SHOCKED! At the surprisingly high quality photo. I mean, usually you'd get pixels everywhere if you zoom, no?
Which could probably mean one thing: Photoshopped.

As a photographer myself...That depends on the resolution of the original image. If that top one is an 8MP (as many phone cameras are now), it could easily have enough detail at full size to be that clear.
Wonder why he has his bag over his crotch...
