There is the option to relegate lower priority jobs to shmucks below you, so you can focus on higher profile ones ... though many just use it as an excuse to get out of work.

Nah, its not that. Ya see i'm already dead so lethality doesn't bother me, and well, there is so many souls floating around that it doesn't really matter if i take a day off, i still have to clean out the area to even float around with out bumping into one. So no, i work all the time.
