Bethesda really messed up with Fallout 4, didnt they?
Tbh this one isn't that unrealistic. If everything the generator would power has been bombed to hell, of course the cell wouldn't run out.
And that a suit of high tech power armor has the same energy consumption in 30 minutes than a lightbulb in 300 years doesn't sound that far off.
