In all seriousness, I don't get the purpose of spambots such as this. What is to be gained? When you accept the video call it just plays a rickroll? That would kind of make sense. Except that still doesn't give any material gain to whoever is behind the spambot. Would be a fitting reward for those unable to figure out such an obvious trap though.
Actually, I think it's supposed to lure you to click on the provided link and make account on the site. You may pay some member fees, they got your mail and perhaps even get some nasty sucker program in your PC.
