Khajiit are a race from Elder Scrolls, they are good thiefs and assassins...u get the picture
did you not play skyrim? its a reference to skyrim's racism:)
To be fair, prejudice against khajiit is more or less widespread almost everywhere in Tamriel and is in most cases justified as many of them are in fact thieves and assassins and are rather proud of their skill.
