The Navajo and the Cherokee (the second being my great grand father's people) are still fairly large and well organized (at least by remnant Native American standards).
So I'm confused, when America shoots itself, do all Americans just die? Did we all just off ourselves? You'd need to clear all our bodies if you want the land, and trust me we have some of the biggest bodies on the planet. What will you do with all the bodies anyway? Dump them in the ocean? Dig mass graves? Burn our fat as fuel? Let us decay in the desert to fertilize the land?
And where is Britain ?

That would make the most sense, but c'mon, we all know it would never happen.
