No but roadkill isn't safe to eat. The fluids from ruptured and decaying organs can taint the meat and kill you. Then there's the mold and other fungi plus the insects. Deer as a meat is fine though as long as it's prepared properly. I like it on tacos. But a restaurant still can't tell someone they're eating chicken or beef and it really be something else. It's illegal. What if they're allergic or something? lol
