I guess someone got really drunk and thought it was the backdoor to heaven.
humans never stop surprising me...yesterday i saw at the mall a sign on the auto stair (this is not a stairway to heaven)...im still wondering what happend
Not really. Someone likely opened the door, went "Oops, I thought that was the exit.", and someone put the sign up.
