The vacuum is the Bomb Cart. Scout-kitteh says "Gotta push the cart!". The kitty that gets nudged briefly by it is a drunk-off-his-*** Demoman speaking gibberish.
The first kitty that falls is Heavy, cueing his loud and dramatic "Daaaugh!" Followed by Spy uttering "Oh fat man, Pleeeease!"
Second kitty is Engie falling and saying "Dammit fellas..."
As the "cart" continues moving, we hear scout-kitteh reciting a bunch of "push the cart" lines in his dialogue.
And I thought bull-riding was extreme.. @_@
