Real nice job!
It's quite interesting but it seems to have some balance issues, like the free hyperspacing for the kiith paktu or the very slow research, plus i'm having a bug: all the ships seem to always use the lowest LOD and appear really low resolution. It only happens with this mod.
That said, nice job, the gameplay with the new kiith is refreshing.
