When I start the main game, my HUD is dissabled. Is this how it is supposed to be?
That's odd, what game version do you have?
I've tested it on steam/pirated steam/xash version of the game and it works just fine.
try to set hud_green hud_blue hud_red to 255 128 0, it's default HL color scheme, also make sure that hud_draw is set to 1.
I have the steam version.
Also for some reason, I start at the point right before the lazers at the begining instead of on the train.
I had to load the map through the console to get to the begining and when I get to the HEV suit, it is missing.
Everything just sorta fixed itself. Never Mind then.
I got it on Original CD Non-Steam + Xash
what in the hell is xash
xash is updated goldsrc which upgrades graphics and tries to be like the original half life
xash is a different engine it is used in Half-Life ReSrcd amongst others.

It's a very nice mod, i want to say thanks for your work.
But i have a bug with the grenade launcher of the 9mmAR, it work fine in "Half-life" but when i try to throw a grenade in a mod, it crash my game. So if you know how to solve this, i'm waiting for you answer.

Thanks for the report, i'll take a look at it in future release. For now you can disable MP5 Timed Grenade option.
I have uninstalled/reinstalled the game (Steam version), re-download your mod, used vanilla models but it still don't work .
If it can be usefull, i use the classical grenade (explode when it hit something) and soldiers can use their grenades launcher without any bugs.

Unticking "More gib" in the server options the game ALWAYS crashes when a player (or bot) dies. After that it's no use turning "More gib" back on, the game will crash at every death. Had to delete and reinstall the mod. (Just recreated this bug.)
Noticed an other one, but it's no biggie: Gauss' spinning sound doesn't stop when overcharged and backfire. The sound will stop if a charged shot is shot.

The game has nice details and its good. Bots are acting similar to sandbots what is very bad. I see that you did a lot of work editing and doing everything to make mod look nicer and that is good. Bots need some improvements when they kill you it feels like they are using aimbot and makes player make raqeuit,bots should have random skills when they spawn,have more tactics atleast basic like planting tripmines making boobytraps with explosives,make special waypoints that allow to bot to be hiding sniper. They should also play with random weapons and add some nice names(chat is not necessary).Make bots fight more natural.
So it works on Xash3D engine on pc.
The w button doesn't work, I change the move button to w but changes to backspace instead of w, can you fix this?
So this was pretty odd, It's starts me after the residents cascade event rather then the train ride. I also notice that there's no hud but after I typed impulse 101 I realize that you were not having the suit on. If someone or you make a redux then please fix this
are you sure this is extremely outdated because this is the only version of the mod that's public
Check the release date. It's Pre-Steampipe, so it's *VERY* outdated.

i need some help i downloaded the mod and tried to make a server (to play with some bots of course) but when i tried to make one there was only 1 map choice it was Random map which wasn't even a map there was no maps i had the original HLDM maps and they were working just fine when i played the game before downloading this mod help will be appreciated

This old mod still works perfect even with my well over remastering half life.
Why not? MMod v2 still hasn't been released yet, so downloading this is still fine.
