Michael is a rich man, and when I say this I mean REALLY rich. He's about the same age as Trevor and once devoted himself into robbing banks, he was once a partner of Trevor, until he was behind bars......Now he is under the United States Federal Witness Protection Program by the FIB and lives in a house on Rockford Hill
