The Global Defence Initiative fights to preserve the free world. We fight to rid our world of Tiberium a dangerous and hostile alien substance that threatens our very existence. Think of tomorrow Commander think of the world in ruin, imagine no children running around and playing, streets empty and houses abandoned, imagine a world in chaos and disarray. This is what's going to happen if Kane and his fanatically brotherhood succeeds, together we might just stand in their way to prevent this chaos from becoming complete.

But what is a white zone? It cannot be snow because Antarctica should be white then.

Blue Zone: GDI? Feels more like Allied Forces from Red Alert.
Red Zone: Nod.
Yellow Zone: Tiberian.
White Zone: ????????????

You got all that wrong, not a CnC FAN, no issue.
In order of Contamination, Blue being untouched with Red being Deadly

Blue Zones: Mostly under GDI control and hold most of the worlds' populous.
Yellow Zones: Mostly NOD controlled, and have most of the worlds' conflict.
Red Zones: uninhabitable by non-mutants, and have almost no NOD or GDI presence.

White and Black Zones
The White Zones are areas that have no reports backing up what their state is. However, this map is wrong in certain areas. The entire North American Plate is 'known' state. I won't give a run-down at this time though.
Black Zones in this map are bodies of water, but officially don't exist (sort of). The actual explanation of 'Black' Zones is areas incapable of supporting a stable atmosphere and gravitational influence. Major Gravity vortex pools form up and aircraft can't fly there. In all, they are found in Red Zones and only account for small pockets in Africa and China (where the Gold and Rare-Earth Metals are located)

Check this for a specific breakdown as of CnCTW

When since I seen Tiberian War I was confused. Back from the ORIGINAL Tiberian saga from the first one aka Tiberian Dawn GDI was supposed to be Yellow, and Nod was supposed to be Red. But in Tiberian War, it's different. Since when GDI was blue?
