Hey gents, I'm having a bit of trouble. Is it possible to change the splash image that pops up when you launch the game? I've attempted to do this, the file paths are all correct, but the flash image is still the one from the vanilla game.
if all else fails, delete the original splash screen from
go into resource\game.pak\interface\
splash_eng is the single players splash screen
splash_editor is the editor's splash screen
for your mod to overwrite the splash screen in the editor: mods\ <yourmod> \resource\interface\splash_editor.bmp
Need a quick answer
I want to set up a task to defend an area and the enemy has to suffer X ammount of casualties to complete it.
How do I go about this?
Well you can use an entity condition and put if x or more enemies are dead(put there the player you use as enemy), mission objective completed.
How exactly would I do that
You can watch some of 123stealthbomber tutorials on youtube and, as Apone said, study existing missions.
Anyway, just create new trigger, right click on the blank field under condition and select an entity condition.

You need to set up water level in hight options optimal variant -1
Also if you place water on the map prior to doing that. It will automatically move according to the level you set it to! ;)
