Nevermind, I figured it out. For anyone else that wants to know you'd do it like this.

blaster_ammo.yellow.ammo
blaster_ammo.green.ammo

Then in the weapon you'd just put "ammo blaster_ammo" and you'll be able to load any of the blaster_ammo.<type>.ammo's you create.
