is very much in a Beta state. I am releasing it here in the hope wit

Version 1.3 improves on the New Mod wizard by adding the visual studio solution to your mods shortcuts. 1.3 also adds an icon for starting the face poser for 2013 mods and two new utilities. First is call the Sound Scripter, which adds script entries for the loose WAVs and MP3s in your mods sound folder. Second is a visual editor for VGU RES files letting you drag and drop the layout of your VGUI frames and editable panels.
