Reports show at least 34 people are dead and 170 injured after two separate Terrorist bombings rocked Brussels, Belgium on the morning of March 22nd, 2016. Two nail bomb explosions occurred at the Brussels Airport near the American Airlines and Brussels airlines check-in desks and authorities later discovered a unexploded suicide vest on the scene. Shouts in Arabic were reportedly heard prior to the explosions.
Only seventy-nine minutes after the airport terrorist attack, another bombing decimated a Metro station near the EU headquarters in the Maelbeek area of Brussels. Two suspects related to the attacks were arrested only a mile from the Maelbeek area Metro station.

Interesting video, but man this guy is so dramatic, i felt uncomfortable the whole 45 minutes...
Yeah he gets emotional a lot but I really like his insight on world issues.

Clearly I hope people will never be stupid enough to give away their rights and freedoms for the sake of temporarily feeling safer. Unfortunately this appears to be the final product of this entire event just like 9/11 allowed the US to basically become a police state.
The ridiculous part about all this is that Terror can be stop easy by allowing people to carry guns where ever they go including planes... Then Terrorists would be stopped before they can even do anything. Now the terrorist might have been able to blow one bomb but people had guns the next guy would have been gunned down before pressing the explosion.

That sounds good on paper but in practice, it's a bad idea, especially the plane part, that is god awful idea. The reasons why are 1) you'll make yourself a target which then; 2) you're more likely to escalate an already chaotic situation and kill the wrong person, or people. Which leads to; 3) not only getting yourself killed but others around you killed because either law enforcement guns you down because they think you're part of the terrorists who executed their plan or somebody else thought the same thing as you and thought you were part of the terrorists. All because you wanted to have your 15 minutes of fame as the hero of the day, saving a life or two, ending the crisis right then and there, and thinking that it'll all go down as you've thought of in your head. Yes, the intentions are good, yes, you want to save lives, yes, you want to end it now instead of waiting for the cops, SWAT, or National Guard to come. But how do you know you can pull all of this off without a hitch. How do you know you won't either run for cover or stand, paralyzed with fear. How do you know who is the terrorist and who isn't before and after the plot is executed. The answer is you don't.
Imagining what you think will happen is different from what does happen. You can plan for the situation all you want but there's no guarantee that things will go as planned when **** hits the fan. These are people that look like you and me. They don't wear uniforms nor identifiable marks that will tell you that they're terrorist. You're better off leaving it to those who are better qualified to handle these types of situations rather than making a bad situation worse.
Your entire comment is assuming that I will be the only one with a gun... There is going to be multiply people with guns if not just about everyone... If the Terrorists are Dumb enough to go on a plane or go anywhere with people who have the right to carry everywhere... There will NOT be any more terror attacks and if there is one or two they will end up way better then if NO one had a gun like we have in the gun Free zone areas.. Gum Free Zones are the most idiotic thing every invented.
No it wasn't. I've already mentioned that if you're not the guy who's going to play heroics it maybe someone else. And the same scenarios will apply to him or her. I've already typed that: "somebody else thought the same thing as you and thought you were part of the terrorists." Putting more than one person in the same situation will make it worse Especially when it's a bunch of frigidity, panicking, average joe's like you and me. Who's going to tell which one is the terrorist as I've said "you're more likely to escalate an already chaotic situation and kill the wrong person, or people." This doesn't apply to just you, it applies to everyone else, including you. Throwing guns at the problem in the hope that it'll stop terror attacks permanently, is wishful thinking and wishful thoughts and prayers will not make it so. You will have to accept the fact that this will not go away. This will be the new norm, if it hasn't already.
You assume if everyone had a piece on them, they would gun down the would be terrorist(s). The fact is most people do not want to be potential killers, good intentions or not. Most people will run I'll be blunt with you. The: "only a good guy with a gun can stop a bad guy with a gun" ********. Does. Not. Work. In real life.
