L'Oubliette is a High Security Prison located on Ruusan 2, one of Ruusans moons. It is where the most vile and dangerous criminals in the Galaxy are sent, including those on the Galactic Councils Wanted List. It's defenses were planned out by the Supreme Commander Gharn himself, though they remain classified.
To get to L'Oubliette, you must first pass through an Orbital Station, where your ship is detained, and you are transported to the Prison in a shuttle.
There has been many attemps to escape L'Oubliette. There has been many attemps at Prison Breaks. There has been many riots. But not one single prisonner has ever managed to break out of it. Not one.
