Located in the Companion Galaxies, the Exterior Union is populated by people wishing to begin anew. Years ago many people started migrating to the companion galaxies in secret after growing tired of the constant downfalls of alliances, republics and empires. Despite the risk of being caught by pirates or the Sith, and other dangers that awaited them ahead, they made the journey into largely unexplored space. After conflicts escalated in the main galaxy, more and more people left to colonize the companions. It didn't take long for Praxis to notice this great migration, and so he decided to help these people and use Auricom and his influence within the New Galactic Empire to supply them with food, equipment, and ships to properly explore and colonize the companions. There, they would be isolated from the troubles that the Jedi and Sith had once brought to their lives.

The Bellator-class Star Battlecruiser, also known as the Bellator-class Star Destroyer, Bellator-class Super Star Destroyer, and the Bellator-class Star Carrier is the largest and most powerful mass production starship class fielded by the Exterior Union.

The Ship, while designated a Battlecruiser was designed as a Battle Carrier, to have the offensive powers of a Battleship and the starfighter capacity of a carrier. The Bellator is smaller and faster then most dreadnoughts, unlike SSD classes such as the Mandator (I-III) which was made to be a weapons platform the Bellator is fast enough to keep up with smaller capital ship classes. It is the bane of Star Destroyers, even the more modern Pelleaon and Imperious, its speed allows it to hunt down smaller vessels, and it boasts enough firepower to take on several capital ships at once and attain victory. As a multi role craft it is very versatile, it is favored by the EU as a command ship, a role it fills well.
