Every few days / weeks / months we aim to bring you a new installment of development Banter, a podcast we run which is entirely dedicated to discussing the development of the mods and indie games. Our aim is to line up cool developers from interesting upcoming and complete projects, and grill them about their work, ask them the tough questions and hopefully entertain you in the process.

So tune in (watch this group and join this group) if you have always wanted to listen to a show about Developers doing what they do best, making the Mods and Games that we all love to play. Consider development banter a laid back chat entertaining advice line for the ModDB community.

Physical games? Oh my, Henley, you naughty boy!

Anyway, I liked this show. Both their point of view regarding animations, and the one regarding the Mac and Linux platforms.

Wolfire is the (freshly founded) company of one of the best game designers of our days :-) I've been following his work since he first released something for the "udevgames contest" and whatever he did from that point on, it was always a few years ahead of the time, especially a little game called BlackShades.
This game will deliver. Every game by them will deliver. Period.

Guess that's the true meaning of confidence.

I couldn't agree more with TheVidmaster. The finished (though probably still WiP) screenshots look very promising!

And yes, BlackShades still kicks a**. :D

Awesome awesome awesome! :-D

Finally I get to listen to this! This is totally the best dev banter in the world! ^^ These guys are seriously the best guys to support ever, you get the time you invest into supporting them back in like pure developer love (and maybe a t-shirt ;-D). Overgrowth will be an epic game and I'm so glad I can be a part of this right now. All other games I've actively supported have lost my interest after a while, but I'll support Wolfire forever, you guys are my idols!

I can totally wait for this game to be released, can't wait for the next alpha though. ^^ <3
