In an alternate world where not only humans became sentient and stood up but, so did other mammals. Here we have the Foxy State Of Foxistan, which
is populated by humanoid Foxes, the other is the Republic of Rabbistia, which is populated by humanoid rabbits. The two countries have been in a
purpetual state of war with, armstises and treaties in between but, even in times of peace there was great tension. The political ideology of
Foxistan is, Foxism, which is a Fox Nationalist ideology inspired by German National Socialism and Italian Fascism. Foxistan once belonged to the
Russian Empire but, when the Russian Civil War occured, Foxistan declared independence on March 12th 1922 as the Republic of Foxistan. Although
Foxistan was allies with Rabbistia against the Bolshiveks, along side with the White Russian army, tensions began to rise between the two countries.
The Bolsheviks were unable conquer Foxistan due to it's harsh cold weather, which the Foxistanis could tolerate very easily and due to the fact that Foxistan,
unlike human nations with cold climate, is very densly populated although, not as populated as Rabbistia. In April 2nd, 1926, Foxistan decided to
invade Rabbistia but then, in January 1st, 1928, Soviet leader Joseph Stalin decided that it was a good time to invade Rabbistia and Foxistan
because, they were at war with eachother. The two nations signed an armistice and, once again decided to fight against Communism together but, this
time, the Red Army came better equiped, and better prepared. On March 28th, 1928, Rabbistia has surrendered to the Soviets because, unlike foxes,
rabbits are cowards that rather run and hide, then stand and fight. Rabbistia became a Soviet Socialist Republic. Foxistanis were cunning, brave and
fought hard against the ravaging Soviet army, eventually forcing the Soviets to withdraw by Septemter 9th, 1930. The Soviets took heavy causulties.
