Platinum Arts Sandbox Free Game Maker 2.8.1 has been released in Windows and Linux versions with a Mac version in development. The release contains several new features, bug fixes and enhancements. In addition the release of a school friendly edition, which will remove the water guns from the Water Gun Wars gamemode is planned for later in the week. Platinum Arts Sandbox Free Game Maker is open source and includes an FPS Maker, RPG Maker, and a Siderscroller Maker.
