Actually, this is shortly AFTER the clone wars. Those are IMPERIAL Commandos.

Much lower spec, though. Clones were more expendable after the CW, due to the fact that full-grown clones only took a year to make instead of the 10-year period required by Kaminoan cloning techniques.
