Yeah, if I had lightsaber and Force powers I'd be valiant too...

Well, I already faced a Sith lord at Geonosis, so a Force non-sensitive being such as a Gen'dai wouldn't be such a problem.
He can't defend himself against any Force powers.
I'd use Force to knock him out and then make a stew out of him using my lightsaber.
A decent Force crush would be an alternative.
only to see him regenerate before your eyes, with no indication that he was in any pain at all.
I don't think he can regenerate when he's turned into 3000°C porridge...
