I found this little file from the Red Alert folder with name "hellguy".
I really like to hear the dude saying this. Mainly on Hell March 1 and 2.

I always heard it as a kid "We want war, wake UP!"
I'm ahamed about what I always heard... I thought it was hitler when I was a kid... With his #1 catchfrase with something unpronounceable at the end. This does make more sense though.
