Apparently the German Government wasn't so kind on Generals.
you all don't get it do you... in germany generals would have never been able to get through the rating systems and would have been put on the index. or at least been only for people at an age of 18 or older. since they are so stupid killing cyborgs or robots is not as bad as killing real humans. also the fanatic changed into a driving bomb and one of the gla missions where you attack the un convoys were cut out.
it has nothing to do with logic. just stupidity of the government.
