1 green Tiberium Crystal and half of a blue Tiberium crystal fused with an appropriate amount of milk, however some varieties of Tiberium Milk(TM) comes mixed with chocolate and whatever goo is in the veins of those Tiberium weeds/other various Tiberium plants.
