EA cancelled this game, which was in development for 2 years for the following reason , Quote from Wiki :-
"EA has suspended work on Tiberium effective immediately. The game was not on track to meet the high quality standards set by the team and by the EA Games Label. A lower quality game is not in the best interest of the consumers and would not succeed in this market."
I'm Pretty Sure that by that EA meant that Tiberium is Taking longer than usual (1 year) to make. Because from what I see the Quality is Damn good imho.
This is what happens when the Game makers dare to defy EA and actually put effort on making a game. It gets Cancelled !
Yeah, I agree. And is C&C4 a quality game?
if you read that article about gaming in yahoo, there were games there which were ranked according to quality (excellent, good, fair, poor, not recommended). guess where they put "c&C" 4.
Why didn't they cancelled "C&C" 4? THAT THING DOESN'T DESERVE TO BE CALLED A COMMAND AND ******* CONQUER GAMER
because it can be done in one year. and that meets EA standard. :P

Because devs were playing online games! Why you don't read posts somewhere? That was SAID THOUSANDS TIMES, DEVS were slacking off!
And they get cash for that from EA.
A waste of money. It should be cancelled earlier, and the producer / the main leader fired. Other, more creative, better managed teams, could that cash for development of much better games.
If this is what happens when devs play online and slack off i say let them slack off more. perhaps they can see what **** they are making and fix it. Its unbelievable that ea managed to make Tibereium wars and kanes wrath to a very satisfactory level with some content we dont like, yet they managed to make cnc 4, 2 years later with a horenduos ammount of things we dont like.
I feel someone did not do enough testing
You guys must remember though, EA see C&C Renegade as a major failure... When it's still played by hundreds of people still and there are 4-5 total conversion mods still being worked on for it.
Yeah... They so should of cancelled this.. Not.
