The Funny thing is , that an Army of Angy-Mobs (With AK47 upgrade) ,could take these Tanks on :P with a 50/50 chance of success.
Hard to believe but its true :P
I was once playing with a friend (Me GLA him China) He Almost owned my base by Using an army of Overloads , But I was Continuously training Groups of Angry Mobs , and I managed to save my Base XD
So, say to your friend to use Overlords + Dragon tanks next time. =P
And really, Angry Mobs can to beat almost anything with the AK47 upgrade. ("AK47 for everyone - yeeeaaahh!")
Hey if he will not to use Dragon Tanks next time (Though if he won't then I'd laugh) , then I'm not going to suggest it .
You must have had a heck of a lot of mobs though.

1 group dies , 2 come after wards .
But to be honest the Angy Mobs are really OP(which I like)

but they can match gattling upgraded overlords?

Imagine if you upgraded the Overlords with a Flame Turret instead of a Gattling Turret for countering Angry Mobs. hehe Otherwise it would be the ultimate anti ground unit.
A Mod or two did do that somewhere, right?
Last I checked, Overlords never cost any Vespene gas, given the fact they're the very lowest tier of Zerg units :p
