Looks like hybrid of soviet Hind and Enclave vertibird from Fallout.
But very nice concept and chopper :)

Aha they had also thought of giving one attack copter per side:Twinblade for Soviets,Apache for Allied
Now that's evil bastard. Rockets and hmg fire for all Allied infantry!
