prolly used C&C3 trainer. I've used it too once, you can get a lot of cash :D but there are some other stuff to use too
the coolest is infinite aircraft ammo. u do it to some vertigos and u bomb to the end. its fun.
try it with Banshees :D
the money is not with a trainer i edited my skirmish stats to start with that amount
yeah you can find that in the tiberium wars subfolder in the application data folder.
