Its a Renegade beta model made by Westwood.
sadly EA messed up renegade by adding there own models. Westwood was making the units JUST LIKE they were in TD.

The light tank (1st early beta - a bradley like 2nd beta its cannon on the left)
ah very delightful to see the old flame tank. it looks marvelous. just amazing.
this is much cooler than the one they used in game
And less overpowered.
so much better than the one used in the final version of renegade. what a shame.
