note some cut contents and the differences?
The Reff looks diferent(Building on the upper right?)
it seems they intended to go queued docking style like Generals, but it went into rotating dock like now. :/
Its because at that time they had the old ore style where it was spread out.
They used a different refinary which appears in the concept picture also.
I have to say, that ref looks way better.
and the old Apoc looks soo bad.
