Apparently they are piloted by by surfer dudes.
It's a good vehicle, but its "armor" is way too weak.

they wont let me cross the sea by air(in certain maps) -.-
Now you understand why I love them! =D
Bring in the Assault Destroyers, Akula or Naginata!
Weapon Scramblers for everyone =D

Ironically, the Hydrofoil was supposed to be a Soviet boat armed with SAMs, at least back in RA2. They appeared in the RA2 intro, along with the corkscrew transport.
