That looks like a Rhino. Question is: why is there an Allied symbol and an Allied background?
Westwood claimed they made a mistake when they was making the installation with the vehicle slideshow.

No it's most be the grizly tank.
Grizzly have different look
The Grizzly has a bigger, boxier turret and no barrels on its back, and those barrels are clasically a sign of Soviet tech.
I miss Westwood's installers... Just imagine how TW or Generals installators would be if they were made on Westwood style...
The Forgotten Mod has an awesome installer as well, but yeah. RA1 (DOS only sadly) had a great one too.
That would be nice addition to Russian military nowadays
