Open-ra.org is a cross-platform Open Source re-imagination of Command & Conquer: Red Alert with many improvements. This is a screenshot of the game running natively under Linux in widescreen HD resolution. You see a powered-off AA-Gun next to a ranked-up Hind. It also has fog-of-war and awesome custom maps contributed by the community (such as this one) because it also features an easy-to-use map editor and a Content.open-ra.org website to share your creations. It also adds some new units because everything is possible as this comes with complete source code and it is designed to be moddable. No DLL injections and other dirty assembler hacks required. Edit some text-files and create your own classic C&C in minutes. Want to play mini-games? No problem. Play against others via the Internet or try a test match against our hacky AI.
