A Truck with a rail gun? That makes you happy?
It's not a railgun.
Back during the CommandCom, this vehicle was used to capture tech buildings.
The more you used (up to 4), the less time it took. If you wanted to steal a building, you had to kill the enemy trucks and use you own.
Thats also why all TT techbuildings seem to have 4 entrys/doors on each side - thats where the trucks were intended to connect to the building.

would do better as a MCV in C&C 3 than the POS 4.
