This is Incursion concept, CABAL was supposed to be in this game and Scrin as well ;)
@sgtmyers: Do you know the planned C&C-MMO? If I remind right, its a concept for a cabal fighter.
Or it was maybe for Incursion(The working title from Westwood for C&C 5)
