It looks more like the Soviet RA1 Tech Canter than the Allied one. Allies one isnt a long. :/

Soviet Tech center has a statue in the middle also the Sides are square and the center is V. Large.
This one is slim its sides are circular and it has no statue also it is taller .
where his the lift , ahh! allies are idiots , his doesn't put a lift in this bulding, argh!
