Why I cant open the CC_Coalition_War_v1.9.exe

it say "NPatch.mix isn't found.Reinstall Npatch Patch 1.00".You said dose not require Npatch
It doesn't need Nptach and it is not compatible with NPatch. Make sure your Yuri isn't using Npatch in the first place.
why when I launch the coalition war v1.9 in Launch Base it always stops in extracting audio.bag then it said failed to download syringe?
can someone help me how to fix this?

Got problems with the launch base. It says "comdlg32.ocx" is missing or invalid. If someone can help me, please PM me.

I like this mod in some way but factions ARE SERIUSLY UNBALANCED and I" will say why

BOSS OF UNBALANCE
They archers have shut down black eagle squadron ? WTF
Arrows treathen aircraft.. WTF ?
First time i play as GDI.(about 7 minutes later in match aggainst AI)
So i got whoped as GDI aggainst Eeasy spartan AI - UNFAIR UNFAIR GDI CANNOT BE DEFEATED BY PACK OF BARBARIANS
Spartans hoplites are insane they kill modern GDI infantry on 2 hits meanwhile soldiers shoot to them 5-9 rouds of pulse rifle ! before one of them DIE ! meanwhile hoplites destroy by few attack my titans and wolverins. i likely want to write more but it limited me on 2000 ch.
Brotherhood of NOD
In CnC universe the NOD are dificult enemies but in this mod they can be defeated in first 6 minutes in game if you play as EDA or aggainst it EDA AI build strike aircraft and they will attack you and destroy you Construction yard so GAME OVER i dont even build a war factory
NOD lack infantry they dont have rocket trooper !
Soviets and Allies are OK
Yuri and Hassan legion
Second time when i play as hassan legion I said lets mind control spartans and use them aggainst them... later WTF F***** *** SPARTANS ARE IMUNNE AGGAINST MIND CONTROL ! HAAx!
They soldier even survive shots from virus ! HOAX !
EDA
ORE DIVISION are my biggest problem, those guys are insanely tough and Ai is often making a paradrop in to your base. EDA aircraft + AI you end at start, you must fast build AA or you are doomed !
Singapure
They vehicles are insane
Example (Crate war As russia i see a crate so i send Rhino after it ... the crate exploded and kill my Tank
Singapore centurion tank pick up a explosive crates but survive explosion only with half live WTF ? Singapure have tougher tanks than mother RUSSIA ?
They Tank are strong,fast,tough and can be dropped by paradrop right in your bases.
I"am sory from writing it, i like this mod anyway but its unfair and unbalanced, I hope you good luck with devolepment of this mod.

I think the spartans have what we call "PLOT ARMOR" , but yeah i do agree they are kinda broken by the way you explained it...but i honestly feel mods like these are never meant to be balanced anyway
