1.Your gang can only become more powerful if it controls more areas, before then it is small.
2.Your gang has a miniscule chance of being able to kill a proper Playable Character, they are goons and not super heroes or villains.
3. Can't control other PC or PC related NPC characters.
4. Bat characters may not kill unless they go bad or something.
