In the book "Holy Bible", it is explicitly sated many times that if you sincerely pray for something, your wish will be granted no matter what it is.
If you really believe that all statements in the upper mentioned book are correct, then do pray for wars to stop, crimes to stop, murders to stop, starvation to vanish, ultimate peace and order to be on Earth and whole universe...
If you fail to succeed - congratulations! You've just realised the big truth - not everything written in books is true!

Yeah...the thing is when praying doesn't work they just say "Oh well, god is mysterious and we can't understand him" yet the second you believe praying doesn't do anything at all, they get mad and tell you that you "don't understand god's plan."
I know, they're like "Bible is always right! If it's not right, you must have misinterpreted it."
