why do you think that Jesus MUST have instructed that?
because the fact that yuo are always on this page trying to force your beliefs on us shows that you want to control and rule us. and because you claim to be following jesuses word, it means that 1. either he was a monster who wanted to control the world (like apparently you guys do) or 2. you are not following his teachings and need to never come back here again.
Ok that's going a bit far, it's perfectly plausible that A. Jesus actually believed what he was preaching to people, or B. is a fictional character used to rally the Christians. From what we know about this person/fictional character, he's a pretty cool guy, being all peaceful and loving and gay and stuff. Really, I don't think the Christians on this page nor Jesus really want/ed to dominate us either- that's for organized churches to do.

A bunch of the stuff that's posted here is....well wrong. I point out the problems of whatever posted has. I though skepticism is good. Also why would I want to control someone? Would it somehow benefit me?

but whenever a christain tries to tell an athiest that they are wrong and the bible is right it is a form of trying to control us via religion, u may not intend it that way but it is.
And that leave the following question: Are we going to a christian website and "try to convince them to be atheists"? I really doubt that. Its almost always the debate on atheistic pages like this one.
