I remember seeing that, if we remove the ice from it, there will only be a bunch of islands in Antarctica. If that's true then this map is a bit wrong. (Still cool, though)
I really don't get what you mean but you might be right in that regard.
To me this is exactly if a massive evaporation of water happens worldwide , so severe that even the old sunken continents of Atlantis and Mu show up , in the Atlantic ocean and in the Pacific ocean respectively.The lands seem to have turned into very arid and desertic and the remaining waters must be very shallow.I think nobody would be left alive in this scenario unless we moved underground or left for the stars
