its actually her own logic is quite weird :p
-related to my other comment, as far as i know she appears in Toaru Kagaku no Railgun, but i think she appears in majutsu no index aswell
because they're not underwear so it's not embarrassing?
it's weird that index got some ridiculous movie but they still want to make new railgun instead
