It would be soo cool to see a crossover when they were kids.
If i remember correctly, there was a very minor crossover (symbols, etc.) between the two in Naruto's last chapter and the corresponding One Piece chapter.
Luffy reminds of how he looked when he was choosing his gear for Corrida Colosseum. And just realized he's sleep eating!
