yes my friends, our honorable adversaries down at lucasfilm animation are once again taking cheap shots at the backstories of beloved original trilogy charicters. Ackbar is next in line for Dave Filloni's preverbial noose.

Everyone had a different bio before bloody TCW. Ackbar is just another death in Fiolini's war against canon.

Okay now thats just wrong, expecting him to make contradictions in such a way is setting yourself up, this group has been making less and less sense. (which is why I left a bit ago)
Agreed. To expect them to change every character is just negative Karma. And once again I point out that anybody could have jumped on there type writer/ computer what ever and written a book about these characters and Wookiepedia would accept it as a characters back story. That doesn't make it canon
